September 2016 - Vol. 2 - No. 3

Greetings one and all!!

Summer break is over and school has begun for many. Preparations for the upcoming performance season have begun or are soon to begin for musicians and ensemble alike. And, after a hot and humid summer, I am SO looking forward to autumn (my favorite season of the year) and much, much music making. On that note, here is the next issue of “Theodore Talks.” Happy reading!

All things music and creative!

THEY’RE HERE!! (Shameless marketing plug)
After ten years of hemming-and-hawing, I’ve finally released my remix of Scotland the Brave to the world. And, you can have it for a whole .99¢ at CDBaby. Happy dancing!!

A few weeks ago, as part of a Throwback Thursday, I announced the release of What Were You Thinking?, an album of my early electronica/mixed music. You can purchase individual tracks or the whole album if you’d like. The album is a rather eclectic collection of electronica tracks. Really, the title says it all. Check out the album at CDBaby (I appreciate any business you can throw my way).

I again pray for blessings of health and NRG for all those devoted to planning, preparing, and rehearsing music and the like for worship and sacred celebrations as we all gear up for a new church music season.

Living Life to the +Plus!

This month’s tip for taking one simple step to harmonious health, which I wanted to share again, is all about remembering the health of our children as they begin a new school year:

Be a light!
For many, lighting a candle carries with it something very personal, very sacred. Sadly, for many others, that light is flickering, or has gone out. Have you ever considered how to be a light for others? One simple way to do so is to post a positive, encouraging comment on a friend’s Facebook timeline, or send one via email or text. Be sure to make it specific to him or her. You could even share the image below on Facebook, Instagram, etc., letting your light shine.
